GIRD POINT LOOKOUT
Built in 1939 on the south summit, this 10' pole tower with L-4 cab was staffed into the 1980's. It was completely surrounded by the Gird Point Fire in 1990. Available on the Recreation Rental program, it is listed on the National Historic Lookout Register.
