Established in 1934 with a 10' L-4 tower, in 1957 another 10' L-4 cab was built. The original treated timber tower legs were enclosed by concrete blocks later on. The lookout was staffed to 1996, and again in 1999. It was destroyed in a forest fire in 2000. A new 2-story octagonal lookout was built in 2001. |
