SCOTT MOUNTAIN LOOKOUT
Established with a log cabin in 1911, a 50' pole tower with observation cab was built in 1928. The present 35' timber tower with live-in cab, built in 1947, is staffed every summer. It originally had an L-4 cab, but was later modified to a flat roof. The tower is listed on the National Historic Lookout Register.
