WILDHORSE LOOKOUT
Developed in 1935 with a 40' pole tower topped by a gable-roof L-4 cab, this 40' treated timber L-4 tower built in 1947 was last staffed by the Coos FPA in 1998. The Oregon chapter of the Forest Fire Lookout Association has adopted the lookout and hope to do some restoration work and possibly staff the tower again.
