HARRIETS PEAK LOOKOUT
R.I.P. 1972-2008
A relative latecomer, this 50' wooden DNR tower, built in 1972, had seen only limited use during its lifetime. It (somewhat) replaced nearby lookouts on Beehive Mtn. and Naneum Ridge. Ownership was eventually transferred to Longview Fibre Company. The roof was blown off the cab during the winter of 2006/2007. The tower was in ruins by the Spring of 2008.
